Official Rules:

COGI Athletic and COGI Apparel Football Ticket Giveaway Official Rules

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Employees of COGI Athletic and COGI Apparel, their families, and anyone else professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

2. Sponsor: The giveaway is sponsored by COGI Athletic and COGI Apparel, which are not affiliated with UGA Football, Clemson University, the Aflac Kickoff Game, or the Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

4. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on July 17, 2024, and ending at 11:59 pm on July 19, 2024. All online entries must be received by 11:59 pm on July 19, 2024.

5. How to Enter:

   • Follow @cogiathletic and @cogiapparel on Instagram.

   • Like the giveaway post.

   • Comment on the giveaway post and tag three people.

   • No purchase necessary to enter.

6. Prizes: One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Aflac Kickoff Game: Clemson vs. Georgia on August 31, 2024, at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The approximate retail value of the tickets is $200. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of COGI Athletic and COGI Apparel. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within one (1) day following the selection. COGI Athletic and COGI Apparel shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings.

8. Rights Granted by You: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), you understand and agree that COGI Athletic and COGI Apparel, anyone acting on behalf of COGI Athletic and COGI Apparel, and COGI Athletic and COGI Apparel’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, and statements about the giveaway for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

9. Terms & Conditions: COGI Athletic and COGI Apparel reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond COGI Athletic and COGI Apparel’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. In such case, COGI Athletic and COGI Apparel may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by COGI Athletic and COGI Apparel. COGI Athletic and COGI Apparel reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify anyone who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless COGI Athletic and COGI Apparel and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.

11. Disputes: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and Georgia, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Georgia having jurisdiction.

12. Winner List: To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: COGI Athletic and COGI Apparel, 135 N. Stevens Street, Thomasville, GA 31792. Requests must be received no later than August 1, 2024.

13. No Affiliation: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the University of Georgia (UGA) Football, Clemson University, the Aflac Kickoff Game, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, or any of their respective companies, affiliates, or properties. All trademarks, service marks, logos, and copyrights are the property of their respective owners. Participants are providing their information to COGI Athletic and COGI Apparel and not to any of the aforementioned entities.

14. Additional Entry: Participants can earn one (1) additional entry by sharing the giveaway post on their Instagram Story and tagging @cogiathletic. The shared story must be public and remain visible for 24 hours to qualify for the additional entry. Participants must follow @cogiathletic to ensure their story entry is seen and counted.
